Absolutely adore the Sweet Read. Tried the lavender cake and it was so delicious! The butter beer coffee was a bit too sweet jut still yummy. Amazing collection of books. The place is sooo cozy with different rooms so you can work/study in peace. I’ll definitely coming back here

Such an adorable little place! Coffee is delicious and I love the book selections. The front yard area is so cute and my daughter loved hanging out there this afternoon while my husband and I enjoyed our coffee and read our books. We saw they had desserts too but we didn’t indulge this time. 🙂 We had a really wonderful time and will definitely be back! It really is so sweet!

It’s so quaint 💕 my book heart kept stopping to chat about my favorite series and books on the shelves. There are several areas where you can sit, eat, and chat and have relaxing/healing time. Truly the place to romanticize your personal reading time.

Thought it was a great place! We ordered 2 hot chocolates and 1 coffee cake muffin. The muffin was fine, but the hot chocolates were the best because they actually let you flavor your own!! Fantastic! The book shop was very cozy and had lots of places to sit (albeit it wasn't very busy at the time we were there), but I thought it was a bit difficult navigating around. Looked like a lot of older books/classics, but what a fun place regardless!

Cozy, quiet, friendly, and non expensive. What more could you ask? They have a lot of local art that’s available for purchase, with some really unique pieces. Their baked goods and coffee I’ve tried have all been phenomenal. I think their bio/description is extremely accurate, and you can tell how much love goes into this place. I highly recommend paying them a visit!

We came here today to celebrate one year of homeschooling. The food was delicious and the staff member we encountered was friendly. 🙂 There is a large variety of books through the entire store and there’s also some locally made items available to purchase.

In my opinion the $5 minimum price tag on the kids books is a little bit steep, especially for ones that say they were originally $1.99. The 2 for $4 and 2 for $5 bins were a pretty good deal, but limited selection. We had a good time though and would definitely come back for the food/drinks and to browse!

Visited this wonderful bookstore/ bakery with my grandchildren for the first time and what a treat! Small areas were set aside with tables or comfortable chairs so we didn't feel rushed and could enjoy a treat while finding our perfect books. I highly recommend!!

This place is a gem! We can spend hours here. They have a lot of books, even for kids, a kids room, lots of cozy places to sit and read, great little gifts, and a cafe. We love coming here!
