Went to UPS to ship a UPS package and Chris rudely informed me that he has no access to the computer and can’t ship. I asked him what they can do to ship my UPS package and he told me “I don’t know but I can’t help you”. Worst customer service in years. Congrats, Chris! You win the worst attitude and least helpful awards simultaneously.

I LOVE this UPS store. The staff are so helpful, Jenny and Brian are great, they remember me by name and most people who work there have memorized my box number. When I was pregnant or when I have my baby with me, they help carry my stuff to the car. It’s super clean and organized. Thank you!!!

I went in this morning around 9am ish? I need to return a couple of lampshades ordered on Amazon. For some reason this always stresses me out. There was a lovely dark haired young women who took care of everything. I can't remember her beautiful, unusual name. But she was incredible. I was on my way in minutes. What a relief. I am very thankful. Very positive experience.

Sent out my wedding bouquet to be made into something special. It wasn’t shipped out on time and I paid for overnight shipping then the package was lost and didn’t arrive until 4 days later. They are dead…. And the UPS store will not take responsibility for it. Useless group of individuals

The kids that work there haven’t been bad, as the complaints allege below. One young man is Always very nice to me and my partner. (And it’s really Great that the owner gives young people jobs in Sedona!) If anything, it seems there are too many of them behind the counter - too many irons in the fire kinda thing.But it’s never been a “problem”. They get the job done.

The complainers might have other issues that have nothing to do with the actual service? And more about who owns it & who the owner hires. ?

I had a package delivered, due to shipping delays I was no longer in town after the package was delivered due to my work schedule. They would not forward the mail to me, they would not allow the OG sender to send them a new packing slip to have the mail forwarded. The only option they gave was to send it back to a place I was not at, nor ever will be!! This was handed down by the OWNER. As a person in the customer service industry I can’t even image doing this to someone. Very unethical, unprofessional & inhumane. The advice from my hometown postal service was not to deal with this location again & unfortunately UPS does not have standards to be upheld by the franchise owners. Now my option is to fly back to Phoenix drive to Sedona to retrieve the package. I was told they also will not hold it past 7 days & they will charge $10
