I have called many times, written emails, gone to their office. I have asked them to cancel. I was paid thru 3/22/20, they kept billing me for more and I am not paying beyond that date. I don't want the paper, it is still being delivered! I can't even get them to cancel delivery!! And by reading some of these reviews, it appears they only respond to the good ones and not to anything negative.

Just started the paper on 17th of this month, and have missed my paper 3 Time's. I called the office at 10:45 am. and left a message, called again 2:20 pm. I was on hold for 11 minutes before I was able to leave another message. Not able to talk to a live person.
( Need to update) finally received a call around 3:30 or 3:45 and was told that they would notify carrier and make sure that I receive my paper every day and give me credit for days missed.

Nothing wrong with paper it’s the carriers. Instead of replacing I ask for extension and never receive it. Yesterday
I discontinued as I had already missed 4 papers. They want to bill me$ 22 for 8 papers

We have a great paper carrier. Ms Jackie makes sure our paper is well inside our driveway. She knows my 93 year old Mom goes out and gets the paper every morning. We appreciate her very much.

They do not respond to emails - want you to call. Debited me twice even though they said debits would only be once a month. Still waiting for refund. Have been a customer for 25 years but I am done with their shady business practices.
