The best experience I have ever had with a Tmobile store was at this location. I came in to cancel my service because it was just becoming to expensive for me. I was helped out by Albert and he was able to help me not only lower my bill but I also found out I eligible for a new phone and would get a huge discount if I traded in my old one! So I ended up with a cheaper monthly payment on my phone plan and a brand new phone! The entire experience was easy and he explained everything about the new plan and all the changes we made and what the new payment I should expect to see each month was. He was absolutely phenomenal at his job and made a simple transaction into a memorable experience. If you need to shop in store this is the place to go!

We were driving north on I-5 when we decided to stop at a T-Mobile store in Stevenson Ranch to get help with my phone. It was a delight to be assisted by Albert Hilliard! He was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and very patient with all my questions. He’s the epitome of excellent customer service. Salamat Albert!

Had the worst issue with Verizon and been meaning to come by and switch. Came in on a whim and Albert was super helpful with what phone would fit my needs the best and what phone plan would fit my budget and needs. He was very professional and even gave me tips on how to best utilize my new phone.

I have always had excellent service from the professionals at the Steveson Ranch T-mobile store. My family has been T-Mobile customers for over 20 years. Last week I did a warranty change on my phone. Iris made sure everything went smoothly. I left and came back, she made sure everything was transferred. Yesterday my husband did the same. But the outcone was bad!! My husband came home and didn't have his contacts. His business is on his phone. Not only that apps were not there. The was a notification stating error. Connection with old was lost. Reconnect. I called the store and went over. One guy was clicking around on the phone. Another guy asked about tge phone call with the warranty exchange. I said that's me. He made a statement that my husband said the transfer was complete. So? You are the professional that is to make sure the transfer was complete. I don't understand those that I have worked with at T-Mobile checked it out made made sure the transfer was completed. If it's not you will lose content. This morning I am.on the phone with T-Mobile, and Samsung. Now waiting 24 to 72 hours. This should never have happened. The hours and frustration we have been through and it's not over yet. Apps and password and contacts.........Had the transfer been completed properly with care and kindness I would not be writing this review.

I had an incredibly positive experience at T-Mobile Valencia Marketplace, thanks to Francesca Y. Her support and assistance were invaluable. She patiently answered all of my questions.
My visit was to address an issue with my mother in-law’s phone, and thanks to Francesca’s guidance and expertise, the problem was resolved promptly and effectively.
Francesca’s exceptional service not only resolved our immediate issue but also restored my faith in T-Mobile. Despite having switched away from T-Mobile previously due to some issues, Francesca’s support has convinced me to reconsider and become a T-Mobile customer once again.

The staff here helped me out greatly. Different members like Johnny, Ryan, and newly hired Renny, helped me with purchase of my new phone, and setting it up. They explained things clearly,

and I foolishly locked myself out on day zero, and I went back and Ryan definitely worked his TMobile magic to reset the phone and everything was great. Thanks again, everyone!
