Very disappointed T-Mobile. Called repeatedly and no answer. Customer service center says this store has what I need. So I go down there. Two employees and 4 customers sitting around. Zero acknowledgement by the employees. After waiting 15 minutes I interrupted them and asked if we just stand around for them. I guess that's how they work. They said it might be more than a 30 minute wait. I have zero faith in them. So I left with nothing. Thanks for wasting my time.

I wanted to pick up a free umbrella and they told me they had just given away the last one. This was around 1215 in the afternoon so lessons learned. I you want a free product get there early

We need additional cell towers to cover our area’s between Seco / Copperhill/ Haskel boarders. Cell tower on Bouquet doesn’t give us the best coverage. T-Mobile doesn’t provide wifi boosters any longer.

Robert B was very helpful. I got a s23 ultra and galaxy 4 watch. This included a discount on my home internet. I relied on what Robert told me for my monthly price and he was spot on!( keep in mind your first payment may be different due to taxes and before promotions kick in) The phone takes incredible pictures and the watch is very nice. My phone gets 700 mbps download speeds on the magenta max!

Didn’t get to catch his name, the guy with silver hair was very helpful when It came to getting me and my family three new phones he was able to save us over half of what we where actually supposed to spend. Coming out of the store our car wasn’t starting this man went out of his way to get jumper cables and help us with our problem. IF YOU ARE COMING HERE to do anything add lines, get new phones, buy any accessories look for the gentleman with silver hair he will take care of you.
