Robyn and her team made buying our first home such a smooth experience. She came highly recommended by friends of ours who had just bought their first home, and we are so glad we worked with her too. Robyn really listened to what we wanted, stayed flexible as our needs changed, and helped us negotiate some important concessions. She is incredibly knowledgeable, but what stood out even more was how easy she was to work with. She was patient, genuine, and always looking out for us. It was great working with Robyn and her team! I was starting a new job, and had a short time to get things sorted. I visited one weekend, saw 2 houses on Friday, 8 or so on Saturday, she printed out info on all of them, planned our route, helped me remember which was which when they started to blurred together, made an offer Sunday morning and accepted Sunday afternoon. It was AWESOME!

Robyn was an incredible real estate agent. She was available whenever we needed her and seemed to put us at the top of her list. We are sure that she does this for all of her clients. She is honest and transparent and extremely knowledgeable. Her advice around the homes that she thought we would like based on our wants and wishes helped us find our dream home. Best experience we have ever had…..Where to even begin! 2 years ago we had a realtor and were looking extensively, I can honestly say it was the worst experience of our lives and we wanted to just give up on searching at all. Then comes Robyn, from the moment we met her it was a complete 180. Her care, knowledge, and honesty was something we immediately connected with and respected. She found us something we didn’t even have on our radar but knew was an unbelievable opportunity. There was not a single moment we didn’t have absolute trust in her in a process that is overwhelming as a first time buyer. Robyn is an excellent realtor. She and her team have vast local knowledge. Robyn alerted us to a permitting issue that several realtors over the decades (previous sales and purchases) either did not know the law or ignored it. We had a unique property and Robyn went above and beyond in researching local zoning and uses. She reached out to multiple sources in the private sector, city and county during her research. We felt the process was thorough and the pricing was accurate. We were happy with the multiple referrals through the Phipps team in preparing the property. She and Jennifer are responsive and honest. We highly recommend the Phipps team and would use them again.
