My husband and I just had the trip of a lifetime! Ann Johnson @ Travel Makers worked w/us tirelessly for 3 years (cancelled twice due to COVID) on a Mediterranean cruise to Spain-Italy-France. Ann made all the arrangements so that we could have a worry-free vacation. Will definitely use Travel Makers again for our next cruise!

Travelmakers gave me my DREAM TRIP!!! I had no idea how to experience Europe for the first time, and STRUCK GOLD consulting a fantastic travel agent in Ann Johnson. She coordinated a masterpiece vacation, one I will NEVER FORGET! Ann put ALL OF THIS together in ONE TRIP for me:
I marveled at Buckingham Palace, dined high above Paris inside the Eiffel Tower, was fascinated by personal tours inside the Louvre Museum, said prayers in the Notre Dame, swam in the Mediterranean under a gorgeous sunset in Ibiza, Spain, drank delicious wine in Tuscany, fell in love with Florence, Italy, explored the Coliseum, Vatican, and living history that is Rome via individual professional tour experts, cruised a yacht around Capri, and left a piece of my heart in Sorrento and the BEAUTIFUL Amalfi Coast at Positano.
All accommodations were 5 stars and superb! I felt extremely secure with personal drivers waiting for me, and a travel agency that watched over me every step of the way. From timelines to tickets, hotels to incredible excursions, my entire itinerary was thorough, well planned, and made travel truly delightful. I had no idea travel could be this easy, nor this wonderful!!! If you are looking for a perfect trip, Travelmakers is THE WAY TO GO!! I was able to avoid all the hassles, worrying, and headache trying to figure things out on my own. Ann Johnson gave me an experience that was 100 times better than I could have ever expected. The entire experience was First Class. I will never, ever be able to top it!!!

P.S. This was just from my FIRST trip with Travelmakers... (I have come back and used them again and again, from cruising the Greek Islands to site-seeing Prague, to Norway and the best of Scandinavia, just to name a few... I've had the best travel memories and experiences from so many different parts of the world!) Ann Johnson and Lisa Tanner have been remarkable. They are my go-to agents for all things travel! Maybe one day I'll see you out on a Travelmakers trip some time too!

My Son and his wife recently booked and planned their destination wedding at Beaches in Turks & Caicos with Ann at Travel Makers. I have to say that Ann is totally dedicated to her clients and goes above and beyond to assist with every detail. From beginning to end she was available 24/7 to answer all of our questions and those of our guests. When I spent a few days and nights in a total panic because of hurricane Matthew (cat 5) she was right there with me - offering to re-arrange flights and assuring me that everything would be okay. It was! And we had a glorious beach wedding on a beautiful Island. I was so impressed with the personal touch we received. Even after we arrived in Turks, she messaged me to see how everything was going. We had a few little glitches with a spa appointment and getting the wedding dress steamed and with one call to Ann she worked her magic and straightened everything out. By some coincidence we ended up with some extra special touches at the beach reception that night! It was wonderful! We couldn't have asked for more. Working with Travel Makers was such a great experience for me that I have decided to become a travel consultant myself and have joined her staff of professional agents.

My family and I had booked a trip to the Dominican Republic with Travel Makers. Karen Hughes, who helped us book it, is AMAZING. Not only was the booking and planning easy with her help but she also helped me during the vacation. I had a medical emergency and needed to get back to the States. Karen helped secure new flights and book transportation to the airport quickly and on short notice. Then afterwards she helped me create a claim to get reimbursed for the extra flights and rides (I bought travel insurance through them; highly recommend, it saved me $900+) And when I say "helped" I mean she took charge and started everything. I don't know what I would have done without Karen, I'm forever grateful. Highly recommend Travel Makers and Karen!

We had planned to use Travel Makers to plan our honeymoon to Greece. I feel like we were lied to the entire time. We kept being told, I will have your trip planned in a week and weeks would go by with nothing. Then when we would reach out and when we got ahold of Ann, it was more delays. Finally, Ann and her team completely stopped responding and we were left hanging trying to book our honeymoon. It is impossible to get ahold of anyone at Travel Makers, even though Ann's voicemail says she is in the office, and I found the entire experience unprofessional. I would not recommend Ann or her team to anyone. Look elsewhere if you are looking for a travel agent.

Ann with Travel Makers created the BEST honeymoon experience for my wife and I in Italy. We traveled from Florence, to Positano, then to Rome. Ann communicated with us every step of the way leading up to the trip and made sure we were comfortable with the itinerary before heading off. During the trip, Ann was extremely responsive when we had to reach out to her regarding excursion changes or questions. She handled everything for us. We cannot thank Ann enough for creating a fairytale honeymoon for my wife and I. We will be reaching back out to Ann for our next trip!

This Traveler Agency is the worst I EVER encountered ... First Ann quote's you price when you do a search for a ticket then calls you back and tells you the price has gone up?
Then you can never get them on the phone to talk too. You have to send a text. The airline refunded me back Money do to the cancelation and sent it back to the original payment method. Which was the traveler's Agency debit card, they kept the money and now I have to file a complaint. I sent numerous messages and calls and No one has assistanted me. I don't know if these good review or their family And friend post. But take my advice and just pay for your ticket else where or use a reputable third party like Expedia or Priceline. Travel makers is NOT WORTH the Headache

Travel Makers went above and beyond to help me plan a surprise 1st visit to Walt Disney World for my boyfriend! Every detail was planned from the flight to our stay at the beautiful Disney's Coronado Springs Resort. We had only a short amount of days and Ann helped me maximize my time so that we could see all the major attractions. She helped me order our wristbands and plan our fast passes perfectly. There is a trick to planning the timing of those fast passes...and they were timed perfectly in each park! Disney's Plus Dining feature is a must as it is a great value. Ann made reservations for us for our meals, which left us free to enjoy our time at the parks. Our resort was beautiful and the pools were amazing. Oh, and the surprise...it was awesome! Ann gave me some guide maps to the parks and an autograph book to put in a backpack along with our wristbands. He had no ideal where we were going until we got to the airport that morning. We are so happy to be traveling again with Travel Makers in October, 2016 to Cabo San Lucas! Thanks Travel Makers for such a great trip!
