This agency is direct, up front and very little nonsense or I don't actually know I've only queried them a handful of times. Rude agents and one star reviews, can't say anything that bad, they answered in a timely manner and were pros. Idk about agents aside from the owner with the absolute pro comment, but I have had a jumpy anxious younger agent from this agency block me on the app formerly known as Twitter, but I'm confident everyone involved will get over it

An agency that doesn't care about writers who query them. They are very egotistical there. Nearly every agent is rude via emails. They do not read their queries carefully and they are quick to reject in a matter of seconds after sending the email. Traditional published authors that were repped by them have left because their rude, mean emails and arrogant tones in their email responses. I understand that you're a gatekeeper, but try being professional. It is unacceptable to treat writers querying you like they're sub-human. It is also unacceptable to treat authors you rep that aren't selling like they're subhuman. If you're a writer looking for an agent, try going with an agency that is actually respectful and professional.
