I have two granddaughters that have gone there for therapy. One of the counselors has canceled her appointments for the past 2 1/2 months and she really needs counseling. We have found a new counselor for her my youngest granddaughter who also went there for counseling had her counselor go to another facility Counselor was not there when we went in and waited for 45 minutes and never came out never answered phone calls and three months later still has not contacted us It’s very sad that this is supposed to be a Christian organization and they have no compassion for the kids that they are supposed to be canceling

My daughter started here because it was recommended by a past employee. But my daughter just gets pushed under the rug, not seen regularly like requested, I am very disappointed in a place that is supposed to help people mentally, but instead is not helping their situation. Faith based therapy is just a catch. Never got a call back to be rescheduled, the one time I got a call back she was on vacation and she texted me just to tell me she was on vacation and she didn't have her calendar with her. Professionalism no where in this therapist. Her excuse was " I'll ask the front office if I can reschedule you" when I came in to make my payment the front staff said they would email her 🙂 2 months later and still nothing. Front staff had no issue with rescheduling this therapist is young and careless and not professional enough to say " I'm sorry but for personal reasons I will not reschedule you". I have an issue with business claiming to be faith based and do not act like God's words. Loving and supporting.

Was referred to Trinity Ministies Counseling and after filling out the new client form on the website I waited a week and finally called as I had not heard back. The response was “Oh it can take a month or more before we find a counselor/ therapist.” Don’t waste your time with this place. Just find somebody on your own like I had too. They obviously are not interested in really helping those in need. Just $$$$$

They billed us and sent it to the wrong insurance, they said they would take care of it. They sent it to the correct insurance but as something else and the insurance denied it. They were going to resubmit and let us know the total. Meanwhile we paid $200 and they have not recorded that against our total as well. Next we heard was a collections notice.

Time to get your act together in your billing, you are driving away customers who are trying to work with you.

I met Tim back in 2015 and followed him to his new practice. I can not say enough great things about Tim and the way his practice is run. He is very professional and has helped not only myself, but my relationships with my husband and my mother. I suffered with anxiety and depression over the years. Tim helped me work through many seasons in my life. Recently I struggled with PPD and the two year battle I had watched my mom loose against with cancer. I can’t thank Tim enough for all he has done and continues to do. He is phenomenal and I thank God for him all the time. He is totally worth a waitlist to be one of his patients!!
