I would advise caution when considering business with this establishment. As a film producer, I frequently collaborate with various vendors, and my experience with Unique Signs & Printing was notably unsatisfactory. The product delivered did not meet my request, and I encountered unexpected additional fees. Communication with the team was challenging; I felt repeatedly interrupted and disregarded during discussions. Attempts to resolve these issues through further conversations were met with similar responses. Additionally, the billing process was not transparent—I was charged $900 and the payment was processed in full on my credit card before I received the product, without prior notification. Despite multiple requests, the invoice was only sent after the transaction. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling misled and unfairly treated.

I had a rush order and went there after a quick search on Google maps. I was very pleased: good work, paper and ink of quality, people really helpful. My order was delivered at the exact time I had been told, on the same day.
