We had the associate Carolyn give ugly attitude and horrible "customer service". We didn't catch her last name, but she has red frizzy hair, near the center self checkout area close to the pharmacy side. My wife and I walked up to Carolyn, who was on her cellphone around 10:26 pm on February 1, 2025. I simply asked her about a clearance item that did not have the right tag as the same item that was on the same rack. She said "Well what are you asking me?" After I already NICELY and POLITELY explained what I was asking her. She then said "Well scan it then" as she rolled her eyes. After I scanned it I apologized and said "So sorry for bothering you" she responded with "You should've just done that!" as she went back to her phone and shaking her head. We told her "You are being rude" Who then said "I don't believe I was being rude" while still giving ugly attitude

Simply. There was absolutely no need for the rude and unprofessional attitude given. We were polite to Carolyn, which confused us with the attitude returned.

Would not recommend this location due to this associate leaving us with this horrible experience. If there could be some customer service retraining that would be appreciated for future customers dealing with this associate.

It turned our nice quick shopping trip into a horrible experience.

Terrible service. My elderly mom (70 yo) bought a router for $68 at this Walmart location that she thought she'd be using when she moved. Turned out spectrum gave her one at no charge. She tried to return it but didn't have her receipt. Walmart wouldn't honor the return because it had been more than 30 days and she didn't have her receipt. I realize people steal and take advantage of of the return policies no matter where you shop and in turn mess it up for the people who are honest shoppers. Now my mom has to sit with a $68 product that she has no use for. Like WTH?

I went to get a dinner from the deli, first of all they had no chicken so I couldn't get that dinner. Then I decided to go ahead and get chicken wings, usually when I get the wing dinner from other Walmarts they allow me to mix the wings. Meaning I get three buffalo and three plain breaded, for whatever reason this Walmart said I'm not allowed to do that. If I'm spending my money I should be able to get what type of wings I want, it's really not that big of a deal to allow me to get three buffalo and three braided. But this deli refuse to give that to me, resulting in me not even getting the meal after telling me either take it or leave it. So I chose to leave it! Very rude and stupid rules SMH!

Service is always great for in store and pick up. I find that they keep items stocked very well and always feel that they are on top of cleaning and making sure employees are happy. I used to work for Walmart when I was younger and can tell that the store is run well as a customer. I prefer this store to another Walmarts around my area.

I got hacked from this Walmart store from a person who lives in Buda Texas for my foodstamps,i’m 63 yrs old an live on a fixed income,i depend on these stamps to help me through the month,i have reported to okdhs already,how ever stole them i forgive u bc ik how hard it is these days,please don’t don’t do it again,

November 2023:

This Walmart was huge and looked new. It was so big even though the parking lot had a lot of vehicles the inside didn't look crowded. The store was very organized, clean, and easy to find items with nice signage. The holiday items were full in stack with good prices. If looking for that specific holiday inflatable then come here. They sell items not found at your local grocery store. I was impressed and they seem to only have self checkout stations, and one for Walmart+ Members. To my surprise there was a FedEx Store and place to get your nails done (Regal Nails). They also have a gas station outside and auto care center.
