The insight I gleaned from the career assessment package with Wanderlust Careers was invaluable!

As compared to the other career coaches I had worked with in the past, Katherine Kirkinis took a unique approach by blending the disciplines of psychology and personality testing to develop and curate a list of careers paths that were best suited to my personality and innate strengths. The results of the assessment were detailed, thorough and chillingly accurate in highlighting my personality strengths and weaknesses. And the recommended career paths made sense to me and were in tune with some paths I was already considering, but also illuminated some paths I had not considered.

4 months after I received my assessment results, I landed a new job as a sales engineer, which interestingly was at the top of the list of recommended career paths in the assessment results. A strange coincidence indeed, but I am happier than I have ever been and making more money than I ever had in my 20 year career. All my experience led me to this new job, but the career assessment affirmed where my talents would be best utilized and what kind of role I would be most happy in and WHY.

I highly recommend Wanderlust Careers, and if you decide to go with an assessment, I highly recommend taking the time to really fill out the personality tests as honestly and accurately for yourself. As Katherine "warned" me in the beginning of the process, "you will be surprised with the results" as they are formulated through this unique approach, and not necessarily determined what you THINK your dream job should be. In retrospect, it was a great investment to work with Wanderlust Careers.
