The woman driving van #4 today around 5pm northbound on Dupont Hwy in Middletown was recklessly changing lanes and cutting off other vehicles. After she entered DE Route 1 she was traveling well over 80 mph. The van was filled with children. This was upsetting to see. If she keeps driving this way she will flip the van over and injure or possibly kill passengers. I would never want my children or loved ones to ride with her.

Online states the office is open but every time you call the office you can not get an answer from not one representative, you can not even leave a voicemail due to the voicemail box being full probably due to the amount of people calling in for assistance but can not get one single answer. You call the phone number that is given in the voicemail to contact someone in their call center for any/all questions you might have but even then you can not get an answer nor leave a voicemail because the same voicemail box is full. How can you communicate with an office that you can not get in touch with or expect to get a call back for assistance but you can't because you can not even leave a VM for someone to call you back. The office says "OPEN" but is anyone there to even answer the phone an place someone at least on hold to let us know the office is actually open? I rather be placed on hold knowing someone is going to assist me at an office that is supposed to be "OPEN" rather than not hearing back from anyone or having my call answered by an "OPEN" office. Poor communication

I disagree with 3.8, Westend Neighborhood house on Lincoln st in Wilmington, DE. does A LOT for ppl in this City.. Actually if it wasn't for West end, there would be a whole lot of ppl without Turkey Baskets for Thanksgiving.. Bc it's West end Neighborhood house that joins with places like the Wilmington Rotary club, the Wilmington J Cees, etc.. The West end Neighborhood house also does tutoring, after school care, yeah they do a lot for Wilmington and may I personally say thank you to them..
