It was a four year old trailer in excellent condition, not a scratch on it
It was refused for the reasons noted on the sheet

I would advise against doing business with this company, the only nice person working was the guard

The only nice guy at this facility is the security guard at the gate. If you don’t call God with is angels to clean your trailer make sure your trailer will be rejected for a small peace of plastic . The guy at the shipping office was outside laughing, talking to an other guy for at least 20mn and after start talking to his phone, left me alone in the shipping office window. Actually he was reacting like he is the boss and he will start working when he decides . This guys have to know that the companies keep running because of drivers. We know everyone can not be in good mood everyday but we all can try our best to do the minimum. Everybody need respect and consideration. I’m not sure if I’ll accept a load for this location again period.

Drivers if you are loading here be aware because this is about mentally deranged people in shipping.My 2024 trailer rejected because a peace of glass no bigger than a fingernail.
I drove 150 miles for this load,and ended up with no load. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME
That’s how they treat drivers.
God sees everything.These losers have no money to pay me to haul their load ever again!!

I lost big time on this place. I will never come here again. Had 3 scratches and was told the floor had to be pressure washed before I could get loaded. Cost me the load, Few dark spots in the floor. ''Dry''
''Dude said we have a strict policy'' ''new trailer'' is required. Needs to be perfect, pressure washed and no scratches, or stains.... 2020 trailer.. leaving out I noticed JB Hunt had a scratch all the way down his trailer, but he was getting loaded..

Make sure to have a nice clean trailer otherwise you will be rejected if you trailer is dirty you can sweep at inspection station.
Checkin at guard shack must have po and broker name to checkin. Washroom available inside shipping office once you enter the building. A couple of steps to get loaded they will tell you everything you have to do.

Firstly of all it will heavy load! Probably more than 40k. It’s very nice place. No appointment needed. 1st when you come close to security you will the sign telling you to wait until it’ll be clear, then pull to the stop sign at security office go inside and don’t forget to have your Drivers license. 2nd you need your pick up number and name of Broker! This is important, if you don’t have one of them no load. 3rd, on attached photos you can see the plan where you have to go for your trailer inspection (stop #1 on paper). Easy inspection of your trailer, (some photos attached). 4th go to the shipping and Receiving office, give your inspection paper, then back up to any empty door from 1 to 11, come back to shipping call the number (paper attached), and wait till you will be loaded. Be safe on the road. Don’t forget to secure your load. They have restroom, vending machine everything you need, 5 stars.

I am here 2pm at monday , fully wash my trailer but my trailer is wet they loading start me 2 am and finish at 4 am ,, thay lot of idiots people there pls pls pls not came here
