My first time buying from this company. My It's a Girl American Silver Eagle frosted cases were printed upside down on the back. I got no response through email and was told I would get a callback on the issue after calling them on the phone. I got no callback. I called them days later and was told I could return them for a refund. What I wanted were replacements with correct print. My order was over $200 and the other cases were fine, cheaply made but at least correctly printed. I won't order from them again.

The product I received had a 4 inch scrape down the middle. I told the company that the case was damaged and asked the company if they could sent a replacement. After 1 or 2 Days they responded saying that they will send a replacement but it might take a few days to arrive sorry for the inconvenience. I was very happy!!!!

Had to file a fraud complaint with my bank...no not disputing transaction, the bank said it was fraud.

Waiting 14+ days for my order which still hasn’t even shipped. Refusal to reply to 4 different messages from within their site or contact me in any way. Communication by them, in any way, would have been nice.
Guess they are too High and Mighty to reply to a 1st time customer.

I will never again deal with this company and will do my best to steer other coin collectors away and/or at least explain my negative dealings.
