Whitney Sause is amazing and I highly recommend her to anyone who needs some life coaching assistance!

I decided that speaking to a life coach might be beneficial because I’ve spent years studying different techniques that I thought would help me reach my idea of a successful and peaceful life. While some methods worked, I still haven’t reached my goal because I can’t seem to get out of my own way.

Whitney and I spent an hour tonight talking and to say that the session was enlightening would be an understatement. She listened patiently to me as I explained my situation and issues, and she asked questions when needed for clarification or to help me rethink a problem. Her feedback was incredible!

She understood my struggle and offered guidance and words of wisdom that helped me understand why I have my internal conflict. At one point she asked me the simplest of questions and it was like everything clicked into place and I suddenly knew what I needed to do.

So Whitney worked with me to set attainable goals and to map out a plan for reaching them so that I can get to the peaceful place I desire. I am so excited after talking to her that I can’t wait to get started on my new journey.
