After an easy, pleasant experience returning my Amazon product, my girlfriend and I looked around and explored the store.

We had lots of fun looking around and I bought a Smoked Sturgeon Fish which was delicious.

Good times here, and I dug the $8 large pizza on Fridays for Amazon Prime members.

Nice place, friendly service and good vibes.

This would have been a five star review but….
I visited this place on yesterday. Which…I haven’t been to a Whole Foods Market in years. I like the salad bar and the pizza station. I love the vitamins isles and natural skin products. I must go back for another look see. I did not like the checkout process. I felt profiled ….. the cashier lifted the twenty dollar bill to check if it was counterfeit. I felt bad in that moment and wanted to snatch my money then leave so she could feel what I felt in that moment. I wanna believe it wasn’t her doing. Maybe it’s stores policy and they need to find a better way. If it was her doing, she needs coaching. It did look as though she was new and in training. Whatever the case it wasn’t a good look. Oh and I hope when I go back if someone ( no matter the race) is in the line I’m in …. and they have cash it better be held up as mine was. If you have to check find a better way/tool to do so!

Don’t buy reverse osmosis water from this location. We bought 12 gallons. It tastes no better than Houston water. I’ll get my refills at other locations. Kirby and Waugh have never been bad. Look for a sticker on the side of the machine that has the date it was tested and/or when the filters were changed.

Perfect place to shop if you pay attention to what you eat, as the food is mainly organic. You will find conventional products too though, but organic products might be more affordable than other places which are mainly non organic. I like the fact that you do not have too many fancy products so you are not tempted to buy what you do not need. It is still a budget to shop there, but if you cook and plan your menus in advance, then you end saving money eating healthy.

They are all about good quality foods. Organic choices are very good. Recently discovered their vitamin/supplements aisle which has lot of sales/discounts . Wish we could find more healthy food choices from here.

I came here as a vendor to do a quick job. The store was small but nice. I wanted to try the pizza by the slice but when I came back it was gone. I’m a pizza lover. It looked really good and must be since they sold it all.

This is not a big whole food, but still a nice one for the Heights neighborhood. They have section for kids to play and my kids love it. They have also the pickup and return section for Amazon products. Overall I would recommend this place.
