I LOVE LAGUNA, ONE TOWN YOU JUST CAN'T REALLY CHANGE, BUT I BET THE LOCALS REALLY COULD USE A CHANGE, WELL AT LEAST IF THEY WANT TO TAKE THE HOMELESS SITUATION SERIOUSLY. 1ST OF ALL, MIGHT AS WELL TAKE IT FROM THE TOP, I DON'T KNOW WHO IS IN CHARGE OR WHAT CATEGORY OF MANAGEMENT THE LIBRARY FALLS UNDER AS FAR AS IT'S RIDICULOUS, IF NOT THE UNBELIEVABLE, OPERATING CONDITIONS EACH AND EVERY ONE, AT EVERY SINGLE BANK, THE COMPUTERS, ARE AS USELESS AS AN IBM CARD IN A WINDOWS 7 SYSTEM. IT'S UNBELIEVABLE, ONE OF THE WEALTHIEST, IF NOT THE WEALTHIEST TOWN IN ORANGE COUNTY, CAN NOT EVEN AFFORD THE BASIC UPKEEP OF IT'S CITY'S LIBRARY'S COMPUTERS. A TOWN THAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE RICH IN CULTURE SURE GIVES A VISITOR AND VERY DIM IMPRESSION AS IT TAKES HIM 20 MINUTES TO BRING UP A PAGE BEFORE HAVING TO RESTART THE PROCESS BECAUSE IT FROZE. EVERY COMPUTER, AND THEY HAVE BEEN IN THIS CONDITION FOR OVER A YEAR AND 1/2. WHO IS SUPPOSED TO BE IN CHARGE OF SUCH NEGLIGENCE, BECAUSE THEY DIFFINENTLY DON'T BELONG IN THE POSITION THEY ARE IN, THEY ARE DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, AND GETTING PAID FOR IT. IT'S TIME FOR SOME NEW DIRECTION HERE IN LAGUNA, THERE ARE TOO MANY HOMELESS WITH LITTLE OR NO RESOLVE. WHAT GOOD DOES IT DO TO COME UP WITH ALL THE SOLUTIONS, IF YOU DON'T DUMP THE COOKIES. BE HERE NOW, THE CITY COUNSEL SEEMS NO LONGER EFFECTIVE
