Cindy is a great course facilitator. She has been through the stuggle herself, and she balances the needs of the individuals with the needs of the group. The focus is on mental health in daily life. The absolute best coach! I spent 3 months working with Cindy on breaking limiting patterns within myself. Her approach to coaching blew me away. With the help of Cindy, I was able to actually get to the ROOT of my self limiting behaviors. There were so many "AHA" moments. I pride myself to be an aware person but Cindy showed me the depths of myself that I know I would not have been able to reach it it weren't for her coaching! I was always blown away after each session; I was able to slowly open myself up to actually have TRUE acceptance for myself and to find my truth. Her attention to listening and giving me what I needed to grow and regulate is a true gift of hers. I highly recommend Cindy if you are in a point of being stuck in those same patterns (that's where I was!).
