I called last week to get a quote on adding a car and a soon to be licensed driver. I e-mailed the information after speaking with the agent. Keep in mind I was a current customer at this time. I never heard back from the agent and/or office. I made another call and the agent said there was a problem with the site and she would e-mail the quote upon receipt. I called this morning and cancelled my auto insurance due to lack of customer service and courtesy.
