I've taken classes at this institution for four years but the lessons and experiences I have gained will last a lifetime. The speech program is amazing and teaches you not just about public speaking, but also about teamwork, the importance of practice, and most importantly self-confidence. I am proud to say that the time I've spent at Wilshire Academy has positively shaped me into a successful individual with speaking skills and confidence unmatchable to many people my age. I have taken classes at Wilshire Academy ever since the 5th grade, and my experience couldn’t have been any better. The teachers are superb and the students all have ambitions and goals they plan to achieve. The environment of Wilshire Academy is beyond excellent, and I couldn’t have asked for anything more. Not only that, but Wilshire’s speech team is phenomenal. I’ve competed for their speech team throughout all of middle school, and those years hold some of the best memories I’ve made in my life. 11/10, would definitely recommend this institution.

I attended the speech program at Wilshire and it helped me hone my craft in public speaking and made me an overall confident person. The speech teacher does an amazing job teaching and coaching students which can be seen by their amazing national competition awards. Great place to learn and develop a love for speaking!

I was a student at Wilshire Academy for around 5 years. The director and teachers are all so welcoming and gave me the best resources to pursue my future goals of becoming a good rhetor. I took the Speech classes offered all throughout middle school, which helped me get a leg up amongst my peers for high school forensics. Wilshire Academy will always hold a special place in my heart because of the countless memories I made there, as well as the invaluable lessons that my Speech teacher passed onto me about confidence and expressing yourself.
