I walked in and requested promotional table tents with QR codes for an event. Even though I came in somewhat last-minute and unprepared, the staff immediately figured out what I wanted and what they needed from me, and had everything ready, folded, and boxed for me the next morning. Great local resource, will use again for printing needs.

Last year, I needed a 3ftX2ft poster printed out, and found this place to be excellent. Very prompt and helpful service, a price roughly in-line with the chain stores, nice folks. I was very happy I decided to use this local neighborhood spot.

But this year I tried the same thing, was initially hung up on when I called, quoted a price that had more than doubled, and told on email that my image was too large and I'd need to resize it down to the correct number of inches - an absurd statement from someone who supposedly prints things for a living.

Is this a friendly, local spot for large-size printing? Or is it rude, overpriced, and confused about basic concepts around "printing images"? I have no idea.

Wonderful service and very helpful team that goes above and beyond. Yesterday I went in to notarize a document and saw one staff member run after a woman for two blocks just to return her flash drive that she left in the store. Today, I saw another team member providing high quality resume paper to a customer at no additional charge.

Friday January 15th I Went in at exactly 3:55 pm the African American Young Lady , Had an attitude as soon as I walked in asked me what did I need ? , I called before I came to make sure they could do what I asked , I spoke to a guy over the phone who confirmed it can be done .I asked the young lady if she could print the word document in my email as a poster bigger than 8x11 letter size . She told me that she couldn’t do it . I replied why ? Then she said why did I wait an hour before the store closes to try and order a poster ? I replied I called before I came and the guy said it could be done just come on and let the lady know what size I needed . Then the guy proceeds out the back came and said that I need to have the document sent to them as an email already in a poster size to be printed for them ! I know nothing about poster or paper sizes ! I then pointed to a picture on the wall and asked him could I get that size he said , no he doesn’t know what size the poster was ! As a printing expert, he could not help me get my document enlarged ! So he continued to fuss with me! And then said I’m just not about to print it out we do that on our big machine ! I said, ok so either you don’t know how to do it or you don’t want to do it ? I came to the store to get a picture enlarged he told me send it to their email I did and then because they were about to close in a hour he refuse to do it. Then he came around the table got in my face and called me a “Chicken Head “ , because I stated if I were to go to staples they would be able to tell me the different sizes bigger than a 8x11 to enlarge my document !

I was disrespected as a woman , no man should step in my face and insult me by calling me out of my name , simply for trying to get an understanding of printing a document ! The guy and the woman was rude to me because they was ready to close up shop and didn’t want to do the work .

This was very unprofessional! They than refuse to print the rest of my documents and told me I needed to leave before they called the police !

None of the employees had on a mask 😷 which is not in the States Guidelines !

I will never go back there !

Wilson Epes is THE place to go for US Supreme Court briefs. Back in the day (through the 90s) they used to use real lead type, which made for a wonderfully tactile reading experience. They've since switched over to computers -- naturally -- but still provide the top of the line in quality and service. They are fast, totally reliable, and real pros at what they do -- they know the rules as well as any seasoned Supreme Court advocate. They are not robots -- they catch mistakes (e.g., "DRAFT" stamps inadvertently left on brief) and always know which side of the booklet every section or subsection should start on. You can't go wrong with them. Couldn't recommend them more highly.
