We purchased a defective portable air conditioner and heater combination unit from a well-known chain store. It had to be shipped back to the manufacturer by FedEx. Discovered Windswept Enterprises is a FedEx drop-off site. Tall young man working there carried the heavy unit for us, created a shipping label and provided us with the tracking number. Very grateful for all of his help.

I left a FedEx package to be returned to where I bought it from and as of today Nov. 4, 2024 the package has still not been sent back. I have only used Windswept for printing before so this is the first and only time I will ever use them for returning packages. I emailed Windswept to see if the package was still there and got a response of wanting to know the tracking number and since then I've heard nothing. My next step is to call tomorrow and if worst comes to worst I will have to stop there. I just can't believe this company and how long they've withheld my package. I can't finish my return and I can't get reimbursed for what I paid for!

Usually I don't have a problem when I go in there but today was ridiculous. I sat at the counter for a long period of time. At least 5 employees walked passed me without asking if I needed help. One employee was at the register and seen me there. I was the second person in line. She left the register after she was done with the previous customer. When I finally stopped someone to get assistance he had an attitude. I left without receiving service because I was beyond annoyed at that point. It'll be a long time if ever I return there again.

If you need fast and quick printing for signs, this is the place to do it in Dover. I fins they have the capability to do what you need extremely fast. They can also adjust your image or wording if it doesn't quite fit or look as good as you wanted it to. Prices also seem reasonable. They also have packaging services and a whole lot of other stuff that they can provide.
