Have you ever worked for a company that ment well but its leadership is oblivious to the fact that they are the problem? Well let me introduce you to Xcelerate Solutions. They sound good. Small company! They will tell you that you are like family but as time goes on you will realize that it’s a Jerry Springer family and the CEO is the worst one. I was at a client site, so the corporate environment may be a pleasant place to work but I’d bet not based on my interactions with “corporate” people who showed up to the client site. CEO got his electronics banned for a year because he didn’t know you couldn’t take pictures in a classified environment. I ultimately left because the pay was abysmal and the onsite leadership was held to no standard. I guess it might be a decent stepping stone job and maybe an ok “first job” but this company deserves to be barred from government contracting. My advice to the CEO would be to stay out of way and higher people who have been doing this a while. You didn’t reinvent the wheel by starting this company, you made a well running modern day rubber tire into a wooden triangle wheel.

Jillian is horrible. Her emails are incoherent and she is unreliable. She doesn't call when she says she will and does not execute on what she says she will do. As an applicant, why would I want to work here if this is the very first interaction I have? Not a good first impression. I think I'll pass!
