I have used Xlibris to independently publish twice -- both have been incredibly positive experiences. They design the interior and cover, post on all book retailers and then track your sales. The physical books are of very good quality. I have also been very impressed with their team. Professional, responsive staff who help you through the process. There is a ton of competition for publishing books out there, so sadly the majority of writers will not get picked up by agents or publishers. Xlibris provides a viable alternative for those who want their words to see the day of light!

Xlibris is the best publisher I have ever worked with. They can accommodate authors with unusual publishing needs and do so at a very affordable price. The finished products are excellent.

More specifically, I want to offer much praise and gratitude for the staff at Xlibris especially my publication consultant, Rica Caro, and my production team coordinator Michelle Postrano. These two women are extremely intelligent, professional, and friendly.

I was publishing a personal memoir For family and friends, it is not really intended as a commercial sales item. This created a few initial hiccups with different staff at the company, but once this was cleared up, things went quite well and I received the materials agreed (10 Soft and five hard cover copies of the 60 page document) for the agreed 799 plus tax.

This is my second book with them, I'm working on a third, I love their professionalism, and the books come out so beautiful, they help you with what you want your experience to be, i love their designs as well, I suggest you get a good understanding with them, as you go through the process, authors discount could be a bit more though, but it's fine
