I do not recommend this review service. I used them for my dissertation review, and personally felt the final product was worse than the original. This is especially disappointing given the amount I paid for the service. Further, when I tried to have a civil discussion with the person that runs the business, it turned into a shouting match because he would not stop talking over me and interrupting when I was seeking to point out issues. The person that reviewed my paper has a degree in divinity, not english, which makes sense given the elementary editing and fundamental mistakes. I do not recommend this service. I would have been better off not editing and saving the money.

UPDATE*
This person's response is simply disingenuous. One of the fundamental issues I had was with the tenses, and my "conception" of how they should be was not unique to me. One can simply investigate this and see that there are some commonly used guidelines with tenses when writing a dissertation, especially within certain sections. Mind you, this was my second doctorate, not my first, so I am familiar with this. Further, when I sought to engage in dialogue with the owner (who only has a master's degree to boot), he would interrupt and raise his voice when I was citing specific sources and seeking to present examples. He notes conflicting tenses were present, which may have been true after it was edited. I did have to go back and correct a lot of things, and it's possible I didn't catch all of their mistakes. I should also add that I paid extra for a quicker review and ended up being asked to extend the review by quite a bit without being given a refund for the extra I paid. He notes that he his reviewer has "edited not only countless dissertations but countless manuscripts and journal articles for senior professors." Well, I imagine there are countless poorly edited manuscripts and journal articles as a result. Again, I do not recommend this company. There are cheaper, more qualified services.
