First, he is very experienced. He has been doing the management of 403bs for years. Second, he is very personable, he cares about his clients. He will talk to you about how things are going with genuine concern. Third, he is always available to his clients. You can always reach him and he always returns his calls. Fourth, if there is any paper work to be done he always helps you to follow through. He is very thorough. Fifth, he really takes care of your money and suggests the best place to put it. He follows the market extremely well. He knows when your 403b should be in a more aggressive fund or in a more conservative fund.
