The delivery guys are horrible. we usually receive delivery of the paper 5 out of 7 days, if we're lucky.... The carrier person usually leaves the paper between 75th and our gate, and I'm sure all the runners and bicyclists take advantage of a free paper. I have talked to a person at the Times Call who is somewhat responsible for the deliveries, and he does his "mad rage" about his lazy carriers, yet nothing ever improves........ Gary Bowman

The newspaper has the worst customer service I have encountered! The phone system/phone tree never works. If you leave a message, no one calls you back, if you put in a vacation hold, nothing happens, papers pile up, announcing to the neighborhood that you are indeed gone, you report missing papers and no replacement shows up although you call in the correct time frame. I have had papers on the roof, in the gutter, in the snow drifts and I tip my delivery person> Who knows if I did not tip! No wonder the newspaper business is dying!

DO NOT give your money to this company, they will take it and never deliver your newspaper. I was supposed to receive about 3 months of Sunday papers and a gift card as part of a promotional paid subscription, never received any of it. Called once to try to correct it, still nothing. Called again to get my money back and they said there’s nothing they can do about it, they won’t issue a refund and they won’t restart my subscription. Not sure if this is a scam—doesn’t matter because either way I’ve been conned out of my money, did not receive any of the services I paid for. do not give them your business.

This news service is horrible! I cancelled the subscription/service the end of December. I only had a Sunday delivery. I documented the Confirmation number, the date, the person I talked with and their name. I kept getting the paper through February. I thought they were just trying to get me back as a customer. I read the news online now so I wanted to stop the service. I finally called and the first representative I spoke with said she did see where I called and cancelled. She then transferred me to another person. She said she saw that I called to cancell but it did not happen for some reason. I was in the system for another year subscription. She said someone tried to call me, she did not know why, but there was no answer. The service charge went up from $12.40 to $16.90 in the meantime. I was very nice and told her it was not my fault that the cancellation did not take and that I was due a refund. She said in so many words they do not do refunds. I finally said fine, please make sure you cancell this subscription and she said they will the first of the month. I bet I will be charged. This is my first ever negative review. I normally only send good reviews but this incident made my VERY angry. Oh well.

A T-C rep at WalMart was offering annual deals to sign up. I provided the rep with the info including how to charge. After several times contacting T-C, I was transferred around between Circulation in AZ, billing only reachable by email, and main offices who don't pickup as Prairie Mtn Publ. So here I am 5 days later with no delivery, no charge to my card, nobody will take ownership of this "agent" at WalMart who now has my billing info, disjointed departments within T-C who have no idea what to do, and no service at any level. The T-C I remember from years back is now a disgraceful rag. Hey Longmont, get a real paper. These phonies need to get out of town! BTW, I will contact the AG's office.

We hired Times-Call to improve our internet presence and increase our customer count through SEO, SEM, FB, and banner ads and have seen an increase in business in those targeted areas. In addition, Times-Call provides analytic reporting so you are always evolving and doing your best to hit the moving target of SEO. In addition to the online improvements we are still finding that there is great value in our print ads.

Transphobic obstructionists. Purposefully misgendering loudly in person, when on the phone with Supervisor magically finally listened to the corrections. Omitted information so that things had to be done slower and multiple times. So a three day legal name change is over a week. When I went in to get the certified copy all of a sudden it's not there like they said, now it's being mailed. No call or notification. Now I have to wait another several days. This is my life, safety and livelihood.

Supposedly it's been done correctly so I can't say it didn't get done eventually but the points of contact I had were horrendous and spiteful.

Just horrible "reporting". Or should I say "lack of reporting". Major stories go uncovered all the time. And when they do cover a story, it's about as deep as AOC's intellect. It used to be a decent small town paper years ago but no more. Cancelling subscription.
