You hear about Monica R. Kellogg, CPA all over town. I heard about her through the local bank in our area. I checked her out, and since then I have been a client. I would say I'm going on 10 years. I see why she's highly recommended by everyone in the area.

Horrible! No communication, left my friend in so much debt to the IRS. She didn't use all his deductions. She had his information for weeks and we heard nothing. I called and called and asked please get back with me please. I emailed. We heard nothing. Finally, I called and told them not to worry about doing the taxes for my friend, I would find somebody else for him. 3 days later they called back and said they had them done. I was relieved. But to my Horrible horrible shocking surprise she screwed him over so bad. I feel like she did it on purpose because we kept calling and asking why it was taking so long. And why wasn't she contacting us about other information she may need? Of course she didn't call back, nobody did. This went on for weeks. She had the information in time to file for him to get his stimulus check from the pandemic from the cares act. She didn't get them done in time for him to even receive it. She Wouldn't call us back. Horrible .. we trusted her. She wouldn't let us see the paperwork before she filed them. She Charged $1,500.00 and we paid her up front! and she left him devastated with debt. I don't know how she sleeps at night. He owes literally thousands and of dollars to the IRS because she didn't use all of his deductions. she didn't call and let him know, she didn't call me back, I'm the one who is helping him and I am the one who hired her- for him. I'm just sick. She is a horrible business person. She's unethical. It should be illegal. She has no integrity. Please, I'm begging you to find another accountant! . Now, we have to have his taxes amended ... we have to hire another accountant and pay them to help us and get this situated and I pray to God we are not audited because of her! Because of her lack of integrity ... & her lack of ethical responsibilities to her customers. Horrid horrid accountant!
