The WORST cake order experience EVER. They wouldn’t write my original request on my cake that I’M paying for. Not even a call before hand to let me know they wouldn’t so I could cancel and order somewhere else. Instead they say nothing until I’m there to pick it up, leaving it too late and ruining the cake I had for a Galentine’s. Don’t waste your time and money for them to not follow your instructions, go to Kroger instead. Not to mention the cake was even terribly iced and you could see the layers through the thin watery icing. The WORST.

Unprofessional and aggressive staff that takes their time and shows special treatment to people they know.

The deli workers took 20 minutes to make the first sandwich. They took someone else’s orders without asking both of us in our group what we wanted. They said they knew the guy. He ordered the last of our preferred ingredients and the workers did not want to open a new pack for the rest of the day.

At the checkout the same person they knew did not pay for his things before leaving. We walked up to the checkout unaware he did not finish. He returns with a worker and the worker starts telling us that we screwed everything up. She told us not to touch anything and continued to raise her voice at us.

The best customer service in the industry. Always clean and pristine. Your favorite foods are always available. Now offer pickup. And one of the best features is the pharmacy... no fuss, perfect!

In the past I would give this location 5 stars. Not now. The past two weeks the meat has been non-edible and way past its time even though its not near its sell by date. Manager Scott and everyone else I spoke to was not helpful at all. Would not refund my $13 meat over the phone when I had a receipt. Horrible customer service and horrible steak options as they are not safe to eat.

I would highly recommend hiring people that actually speak English for the deli counter. 3 times I asked for a turkey sub on wheat bread, and the lady made a roast beef on white bread. Oh, and for some reason, the ticket was for $12.99?

Had to throw it in the trash at self checkout because I'm not paying extra for a sandwich that was made incorrectly because for some reason the managers here feel it's okay to hire people that can't speak English.

Pharmacy great. So is bakery. You can get personal service in the meat department. Nice people in the deli. And at the checkout area.

Tuesday August 27, 2024 at 7:29pm I left Publix super market at Concord Village.
This review is about how the manager treats his employees. I was at the self check out and I noticed one of the eggs package were broken and I told the attendant of self check out and she went to grab new eggs. When she came back, I believe was the manager that was at the money center looked at her really bad and she explained that she was bringing eggs for me, the costumer, and he gave her another ugly look and said, “You can leave your spot” I understand he is doing his job, but Publix is a place where every worker is super nice and helpful. The way he gave those looks to her was very very rude and if he has to say something to his co workers is better to always do it a part, not in front of people because that will embarrass and may loose confidence while working. Maybe more training for leaders to have more empathy, Thank you!!

Silk Almond Almondmilk is BOGO this week. Yesterday when I went, there were four half gallon cartons in stock. Three of the four were out of date by several weeks and the other was about to expire within days. Just a reminder to always check the expiration dates before purchasing!
