Publix advertising that you can return products you have bought with no question asked. It's not true.
I had 3 items to return and they refused
To do so without a ID that I didn't have with me. See the sign.

August 2022: 5⭐: I searched the area while trying to find a grocery store to pick up some items to snack on before I had to report for class. When I entered the store, I immediately noticed that it was very neat, clean and organized. I moved towards the bakery and then on to the deli section. I saw a worker behind the counter who greeted me and asked if she could help me. I placed my order and waited for her to finish preparing the sandwich. This deli worker was friendly and competent. She neatly wrapped the sandwich and advised that the condiments were behind me along with the napkins if needed. I walked over to select some fruit and decided to pick up a couple bananas as well. The produce area was very well color coordinated with the apples and oranges. There were two men standing in the area, seemingly admiring their color coordinating work of course, who asked if I needed help. I was just looking for bananas that were a little bit more yellow and individual ones if there were any separate ones in the store. They answered my question and I was off to finish my shopping. This entire experience in the store left me thinking that this store is well managed. The cashier on my way out was also very friendly and confident and waited patiently as I tried to pull up the app to pay for my items.

I want to give a shout out to the Bakery department, they did a very good job, perhaps they missed my cake order, they really fixed it and gave a solution to my problem. I really appreciate the effort and compensated the bad moment. Special thanks to Rosie from the bakery department, she was very attentive and made her best to get my order ready. Thank you!

Staff is very nice and friendly. They are always ready to assist. The deli and bakery always have what i need. Store is very clean and I've never really had to wait in a long line here.

Extra stars for the great employees, but seems the manager changed in this store. Bakery does not have bread ready in the mornings which is pretty basic for a bakery.

Quality decreasing in the last few weeks. Rubber like bananas, out of stock things, bad looking meat like organic chicken drumsticks (which they are often out). Winded up getting a lot of stuff from whole foods now and it costs about the same.

This Publix is clean, well stocked, fresh produce and is easily a 4 star but Tommie in the deli/hot food area gives it it's 5th star for going above n beyond helping customers.
