I was there yesterday and will be back again today to do a promotion for some of my companies products. I find publix to be the Cadillac of Grocery stores always clean well stocked and accessible no matter what day or time. I also realize that every store has its unique challenges. In my position I see alot of the inner working of store operations. Lots of product and deliveries to navigate. I give props to the department & unit managers and assistant managers for directing the flow of product and keeping it running.

I honestly do not like this Publix. It’s always crowded, under stocked and carry very few products that are organic and not riddled with poisonous and cancerous ingredients. However, Ernest made it a very pleasurable visit recently when I had an issue with my deli pick up order. He personally put on a hair net and cut my order himself since it was not ready on time. In my over 20 years of living in Miami, I have never seen a manager take initiative to that degree. Happy to see that this brand has a manager that really cares. I will stop shopping here once Briar Bay opens but at least Ernest made it a redeemable experience.

Deli dept is inept. Everytime I come for deli meat I leave with my blood pressure through the roof. There is always a million people behind the counter but only one seems to be working. Takes a good 15-20 minutes to get what you need. Sucks!

Always stocked and the workers are helpful as is Publix tradition. I never fail to find what I am looking for unless it is extremely rare (ethnic or the like) Look for buy one get one sales thst are pervasive throughout the store to keep your cost down.

Service and quality of establishment has gone down the drain. Every time I am here, there are always many employees behind the deli, but no one to help in the hot food case. At the sandwich station, it’s so annoying how they have one person start your order while a second person adds the toppings, slowing down the flow of the process. Employees don’t greet you at this location. Everything is way to overpriced to be running the place like this…
