Amazing process, huge selection, great clothing options.. Best choice for groceries topped off by incredible and friendly staff! Great selection of alcohol and gifts for kids too! Perfect for pregame activities and holidays like Mother’s Day!

Just the usual Publix scam, super high prices that seem okay because of BOGO deals. The store still tricks guests by making sure to display no longer active sales in hopes you'll pay full price. The selection is the same as other grocery options in the area. This location is at least very clean. It's also very understaffed with only 2-3 checkouts and no self checkout. Customer service is there to flight you not help.

Worst Publix by far. Customer service desk employees lack sense of urgency. Deli is always understaffed, same for cashiers… never enough cashiers on duty. Supervisors/Managers are just observing the lines and do nothing to help. Numerous items are missing from the shelves.

EVERYONE IN THIS STORE IS SUPER HELPFUL, KIND AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. Not the closest Publix to me, but it's the one I go to! PS, they sold me a winning scratch off, too! (Not enough to retire, but it was a lot better than a free ticket!) LOL

It's not my regular Publix. I love the one close to Sawgrass.
I had a terrible experience with a person who works in the Produce department He was extremely rude to me not only once. Twice in the same day! Never again!

Honestly, I have a list a few miles long about THIS Shenandoah Publix. However, it makes my blood pressure too high talking about it!!! So I will keep this kinda short.
The deli is the worst!!!!! The deli employees act as if they are doing community service! It’s as if I stepped into the DMV . There might be ONE good employee in the deli but that’s about it! It’s always a miserable experience!
The awesome customer service we have come to know and love from Publix is now a thing of the past… at least at this location. I have brought my concerns up to the management a number of times however, nothing has changed. Helping customer’s out to the car is no longer a publix service. Publix’s slogan “ where shopping is a pleasure” sadly no longer exists. I shop at this location only because it’s so close to my home.
(When I shop at a Publix in Weston, or another location, it’s always a nice experience! )
Most of the customer service crew at Shenandoah is awesome, however there is only so much they can do… If management is poor…it trickles down onto the entire store. I’ve walked into the lion’s den one time too many!
