It’s a great Publix because it’s newer and spacious but the Deli never has enough help. There’s always one person who is moving slow and always always talking either to her coworkers or what sounds like complaining. I feel bad for the Deli worker having to always work with a crowd of people just waiting for their turn and staring at her.

This is my to-go market. Everything is kept very well organized and clean. Produce is always fresh. Meat department is very good. Bread, pastry and and dessert areas is very clean. Personnel is very helpful.

They usually only have one person working at the Deli counter and she spends half of her time chatting with her friends.
It is literally quicker to drive to another Publix 15 minutes away to get your order done quicker.
They also like to let their friends skip ahead in the line

This is my neighborhood publix.. the staff need some trainings about customer service..some of the cashier (younger) do not even say , hi, good afternoon..today I bought a cortadito in the cafeteria and the lady, Regla, asked me: Que quieres""" en spanish .. it's so rude...even my little girl told me why she asked in that way...they have bad manners same thing with the other lady in the cafeteria. So sad...publix is not the same anymore...

I love Publix and this one in particular. I went early this morning because I really love their fresh bread. I also like to take advantage of their “buy 1 get 1 free” offers. Also the service is incredible, everyone is so kind and helpful

I made a purchase, the. I tried to return some items and it was so difficult to do it, they also asked for my id, my credit card for purchase of just $30 omg!!!

I absolutely love this store! Every time I visit, I am impressed by the impeccable cleanliness and neatness of the entire place. This is my neighborhood Publix I have been coming here for years. Never have I had a bad experience here!!! There must be new management or something that is doing such a poor job at hiring. I also work a costumer service job and had just gotten off my shift. I get into the 10 items or fewer lane because I was only buying two items. The boy at the checkout SCREAMED at me “IM CLOSED” mind you there were other people in his lane that he was helping checkout. I found it super rude even if he didn’t have time to check me out he shouldn’t have spoken to me in such a harsh manner. He seemed to be a teenage boy, he had brown hair and a small goatee. This occurred at around 7:20 pm, on Thursday.
