This should be negative 10 stars!

I ordered music in September. I received most of it, but the last 2 items never shipped and it is now going on 5 months since I ordered! I called and emailed numerous times asking when and asking to cancel those items finally since there was no estimated date. It was excuse after excuse of why no one there could process an order cancellation, only one person who can who was conveniently always gone. They never shipped or refunded that portion of my order, and all that trouble/wasted time over the last $10 of books that I'll probably never receive.

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. I ordered a music book for my son for school. After waiting a month and still not receiving the order or any communication, I called 3 more times to be promised it would be mailed out right away, the last even promised an email with a tracking number. None of it ever happened. Finally had to cancel the order after 3 months. Extremely bad service - very disappointing.
