Public Notice: Vidalia City Board of Education is currently under investigation for Violation of State and Federal law and Violation of Americans with Disabilities (ADA) law, regarding treatment of Citizens with Disabilities, Seniors and other Vulnerable persons.

Complaints are filed with the US Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division.

The Board/District and three employees are named defendants in a pending Case in Federal Court for Violation of Title 18 USC SEC 241, Conspiracy against Civil Rights.

Multiple attempts were made to educate and assist the Board/District regarding compliance with State, Federal and ADA laws and the treatment of Citizens.
