The staff was very kind to my needs and without me asking, offered me a refund. I thought it was an excellent gesture of compassion and customer service. However, my disappointment arose when I returned with all the necessary documents for processing and was met by an employee who demanded an exorbitant price of $1300. This sudden doubling of the fees felt unjust and almost like a robbery. I want to emphasize that my divorce was relatively straightforward; there were no children involved, and no complex asset or property division was necessary. The added cost seemed completely unnecessary and unreasonable.

To make matters worse, I discovered that other similar services in the area were charging no more than $700 for the same level of assistance. This stark contrast in pricing made me feel deceived and cheated by the Divorce Document Preparation Service Office.

I must admit that the experience left me thoroughly dissatisfied with their business practices. The abrupt increase in fees and the apparent lack of transparency made me question the integrity of the office. As a customer, I expected honesty and fairness throughout the process, but unfortunately, that was not the case.

For these reasons, I strongly advise against utilizing the services of this office. There are more reputable and honest alternatives available that can provide the same service at a fraction of the cost. It is essential to choose a service that respects its customers and provides clear and upfront pricing to avoid any unnecessary stress during an already challenging time.

In conclusion, I regret having dealt with the Divorce Document Preparation Service Office. Their questionable business practices and inflated fees have left me with a negative impression, and I would not recommend them to others. We came to For the People for a document preparation and were quite pleased with the service. The staff was helpful and attentive. They answered all my questions in a timely manner and walked me through all the steps and procedures for submitting the documents and what to expect going through the court system. Some of the communication was slightly difficult, but I don't take away stars for that because I was witness to how busy the office is and how many cases they are working on at once. For dealing with people who are probably in negative situations, they were pleasant and comforting.

Saturday a bus load of cross country runners and all the parents and coaches arrived about 11:30 the manager asked what we needed for seating and it was set up in just a few minutes..the wait staff was perfect even went as far as offering seperate checks for the kids, since they had their own money. .The food was great came out hot and just how it had been ordered.
Everyone enjoyed the bright, ckean, site great food and perfect service.. oh yes we'll go back ..
