Our son graduated college last year and was interested in finding a resource to help him navigate the intimating process of finding his first full time position. We came across Eric Morse, Ideal Career Coach, by means of a web search. On his site and in a first meeting, Eric described his background and accomplishments, but most of all his approach to supporting first time and experienced job candidates. We engaged with Eric and during the process we were impressed by how much time he spent getting to know our son and helping refine his interests and strengths in order to identify suitable positions.

Eric is up to date on all modern job search technologies, including analytics to help determine the aptitude and interest of candidates. He was very helpful in setting up our son’s LinkedIn page, making it impactful and informative. They also collaborated to refine our son’s resume and draft cover letters for specific opportunities. Eric has a well worked out search process, meets regularly with his clients and is highly responsive in helping customizing materials as needed. He also has developed trackers that organize the widespread outreach required to find the right job. Maybe most important all along the way he gave candid feedback on prospective employer’s responses to applications and interviews.

Everyone knows that searching for jobs is a tough process and Eric’s high energy and optimistic approach was really helpful in our son’s case which ended up with him landing a great first position which, thankfully, is going well.
