If I could give Northern California Graphics 50 stars, I would. They were so friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and diligent. My grandmother, the matriarch of my large extended family, passed away in September 2024. Her funeral was set for early November, so I did my best to create her obituary using Adobe InDesign. We all wanted something as premium as possible to reflect how much she meant to us.

As I worked on the design, my uncle, who has experience in the printing industry, chose wisely and went with this company, confident they would meet up with our expectations. And they far exceeded them.

We had a pleasant experience speaking with Amariah. She listened to our requests regarding quantity, selection of paper size, weight, and finish. (300 programs in total: 12"x18" paper, 3 sheets folded and stapled each, 100lb cover page, 80lb inner sheets, full color, bled to edges, matte finish).

As a beginner to Adobe InDesign, it was overwhelming, but I'll never forget how kind and patient Amariah was, showing me how to bleed and slug the document before submitting it to graphics. And then the graphics team members were amazing as well—they gave me pointers on resizing a few details before the final version was sent to printing, ensuring a seamless product.

Through a very difficult time, they gave us one less thing to worry about. At the funeral, many said that it was the most beautiful obituary they had ever seen (5 months later, they're still in pristine condition). I believe my grandma would've loved how they turned out, too. That's all thanks to Northern California Graphics!

...If we have any more family events that require printing, we look forward to working with this company again.

I contacted NorCal Graphics while researching new print vendors for my company. NCG ended up offering the most competitive pricing for the quality we were looking for. Their service was excellent and would accommodate us during rush situations when we needed collateral printed ASAP for an upcoming show. After quoting three different print vendors and comparing services and costs, we decided to switch to NCG for the rest of my company’s printing needs.
